By creating an account, accessing, or using Tyxos (including our web platform, developer REST APIs, browser extensions, and native iOS application and share extension, collectively the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

3. YouTube API Services & Third-Party Integration

Tyxos integrates with YouTube API Services to allow creators to monitor and manage links in their video descriptions. By using YouTube-connected features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can revoke Tyxos's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page or within your Tyxos account settings.

4. Account Security, API Keys & Mobile Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and API keys. Any action taken using an API key generated from your dashboard (including calls from the Tyxos iOS App, Raycast extension, or developer scripts) is attributed to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your security dashboard.

5. Custom Domains & DNS Configuration

When connecting custom branded domains (e.g., go.yourbrand.com), you represent that you own or have legal authorization to control the domain name. Tyxos automatically provisions and maintains SSL certificates for verified domains. You retain 100% ownership over your domains and can disconnect or migrate them at any time.

6. Subscriptions, Limits & Self-Service Cancellation

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Each plan includes specific monthly click allowances and active custom domain quotas. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your Billing Settings.

7. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

You agree not to use Tyxos to shorten, redirect to, or distribute malware, phishing links, counterfeit goods, illegal content, or unsolicited bulk email (spam). Links detected in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy will be suspended immediately to preserve global edge IP reputation.

8. Service Availability & Global Edge SLA

Tyxos utilizes multi-region edge cloud networks engineered for 99.99% uptime and sub-50ms routing latency. However, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not warrant that service operations will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted during unscheduled global upstream outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tyxos and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, affiliate commissions, revenue, or business data) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service.
